The DOQAUS App (hereinafter referred to as "App" or "Application") is an App product provided by Shenzhen Ditmo Electronic Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company").

We take user privacy very seriously. When you use our products and services, we may collect and use your relevant information. Through this “Privacy Policy”, we aim to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect this information during your use of our services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, control, and safeguard this information.

For instance, when you register an account, we will ask you to provide personal information such as your email address and phone number, which will be stored under your account. If you wish to fully utilize various third-party sharing or login features we provide, you may need to allow access to certain information from your third-party accounts, including your third-party account information and profile picture. Additionally, we may collect log information, local storage data, photos/videos/audio recordings, WiFi information, and information related to reading or modifying storage. 1.2 Purpose and Use of Information Collected During Your Use of Our Services

Notifications
During our operations, we may send various notifications through email, SMS, App pop-ups, and notification bar messages for purposes such as user notifications, identity verification, security checks, and user experience surveys. Additionally, we may send you commercial information related to products, services, features, or promotions. If you prefer not to receive such information, you can contact us using the contact details provided in Section 6 "How to Contact Us."

Log Information
When you use our services, we automatically collect certain information and store it in server logs or write it to external storage on your device. This information includes error or crash logs generated during app usage when the app encounters errors or crashes. These logs are written to external storage, and users have the option to decide whether to send them to us.

1.3 DOQAUS App Permission Access Descriptions

· Bluetooth Permission: When you pair DOQAUS Bluetooth devices, we require access to Bluetooth permissions to pair DOQAUS products with other devices (such as your phone).

· Location Permission: When scanning for or locating DOQAUS products, we need access to location permissions to determine your approximate location. With your permission, we may also use your device's cellular network, Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth information to determine your location, scan nearby devices, and log Bluetooth device locations.

· Microphone Permission: When using the voice assistant feature, we require access to your microphone to capture voice input. If you wish to use the voice assistant to make calls, we will also collect your contact list information. The purpose of collecting this data is to identify the information you input to provide corresponding services.

· Camera and Gallery Permissions: When submitting feedback with photos or changing your profile picture, we need access to the camera and gallery to take and upload photos. This information is used to record feedback and comments you provide.

· Read Call Status Permission: When receiving a call, we need access to call status to allow the music player (e.g., white noise playback) to monitor incoming calls. If music is playing before the call, it will pause and resume after the call ends.

· Read/Write External Storage Permissions: When upgrading the DOQAUS App or headphone firmware, we require read/write external storage permissions to update the app via the app store and store downloaded headphone upgrade files for the upgrade process.


2. How We Store Your Personal Information

We will store the personal information of users collected within the People's Republic of China (PRC) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Your personal information will not be transferred overseas unless it is required by law or we have obtained your explicit consent. We will retain your personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with the time limits mandated by laws and regulations. We implement a range of security technologies and procedures to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of your information. For example, for certain services, we use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to protect the personal information you provide. However, please understand that due to technological limitations and the existence of malicious methods, even with all efforts to enhance security measures, it is impossible to guarantee the absolute security of information in the internet industry.

For example, if you win a prize in a raffle, we will need to share your personal information with logistics providers to deliver the prize.

California Shine the Light Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. 7. Account cancellation method and process
